A farm-led kitchen, table, and journal in Delhi.
The farm came first.
Paprika Tokri grew from this land, from its kitchen, its seasons, its water troubles, its animals, and the tables
we kept returning to.
Today, it is where we host slow suppers, cook from memory, document the farm, and share what we are
learning as we build a more rooted way of living in Delhi.
The Table
Seasonal supper clubs, family-style meals, and intimate gatherings shaped by real recipes.
The Farm
Forty years of land, water work, natural farming, seed saving, and eleven dogs.
The Journal
Notes from the farm, the kitchen, the table, and the seasons we are moving through.
Paprika Tokri began as a recipe channel in 2017, then became Sunday pop-ups around a table.
Years later, the farm changed the shape of the work. A water crisis pulled us into natural farming,
permaculture, water harvesting, and a slower way of paying attention.
The supper club is how we share the table. The journal is where we keep the longer stories. The farm is still
where everything begins.
